[Geoprisma-dev] MapFishPrint service & GeoExtPrintForm widget

Hi,

   If anyone's interested in reviewing the work done so far with the 
upcoming new MapFishPrint service and the new GeoExtPrintForm widget, I 
attached the first patches to both the following tickets.  There's a new 
sample in one of the patches showing a proof of concept.

   I'll attack what's remaining to do during the week :
