[Geoprisma-dev] HISTORY file

Devs,

   An "HISTORY.txt" file has been added to GeoPrisma :
     
http://trac.osgeo.org/geoprisma/browser/projects/geoprisma/trunk/HISTORY.TXT

   From now on, all commits made in GeoPrisma source code must includes 
a line describing the change in that file.  It will follow the same 
approach as MapServer, so you can take a look at this one as an example :
     http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/browser/trunk/mapserver/HISTORY.TXT
