[Geoprisma-dev] Replace mapfish-trunk external

   I'd like to make one step forward regarding this ticket.  Since we 
only have one template left for all samples and they all use 
./samples/config.php to point to mapfish-client in the external libs, it 
would be fairly easy and quick to replace the "mapfish-trunk" external 
by "mapfish-client-trunk" only.  That would reduce the weight of 
geoprisma by approximatively 1.29G (and I could finally shut my trap 
about it ;) )

   I'll start with my +1.
