[Geoprisma-dev] Remove "mapfish-print" as well

Hi,

   In my opinion, "mapfish-print" shouldn't be in the externals.  It's 
as if we included MapServer or GeoServer, but we don't.

   I propose we remove it since it takes space in the repository.  I'll 
start with my +1.
