[Geoprisma-dev] Merge of the attributefilterpanel branch

Hi,

I would be ready to merge the branch for the attributefilterpanel widget 
back into the trunk. The sample is ready, I only have to configure a new 
FeatureServer datasource on the geoprisma.org host for the sample vector 
data. The widget is still experimental (and I'd like to make it work 
with the new ResultVectorLayer described in ticket #214) but I'm 
comfortable with it being in the trunk.

Any comments or opinions welcome.
