Hi devs,
http://trac.osgeo.org/geoprisma/ticket/310#comment:7 features the
revision 1160 in which there is something I want to point out. Now, a
widget status is determined according to the latest release, as such :
stable, unstable or deprecated. When a widget is deprecated, a
DEPRECATED file has to be present in its directory. When unstable, it's
a UNSTABLE file. That file is then used in the script that builds
GeoPrisma documentation to automatically classify them accordingly.
Widgets without any of these files is considered stable. For the
samples, the classification is manually done in the sample.php file.
The status in the samples and documentation will always refer to the
latest release. The widget status should only change from unstable to
stable only just before a new release (example from 1.0 to 1.2). In
order to keep an historic of the previous status of a widget (per
release), a wiki page was created :
http://trac.osgeo.org/geoprisma/wiki/WikiStart/stable-widgets
That's pretty much it. Don't hesitate to comment.
Kind regards,
