[Geoprisma-users] Some of the samples are broken

Hi Stephen,

The acl.xml file was corrupted by someone probably deleting a resource
using http://geoprisma.org/samples/acl2/index.php?lang=en_US.  I just
learned about the coupling between the two samples.  We should point
that sample to a database rather than the xml file sample0 depends on
(http://trac.osgeo.org/geoprisma/ticket/46).  I reverted the xml file
and now it works.
