[Geoprisma-users] TemplatePopup and AccessFilter updated samples

Hi,

   Two samples were updated to show a better demonstration of some of 
GeoPrisma features :

   == TemplatePopup ==
   http://www.geoprisma.org/samples/templatepopup/index.php
   Now more close to how it should be used.


   == AccessFilter ==
   http://www.geoprisma.org/samples/accessfilter/index.php?logout=true
   Now demonstrates the use of the URLPARAM better.  BBOX no longer used 
since it's not that useful.
