[geos-devel] isValid() - repeated points

Has the definition of "isValid()" changed?

It seems that GEOS says that repeated points are invalid, but the XML 
test files say they are valid.

The good news is that isValid() is in PostGIS now (that took 2 minutes), 
but it took a few hours to sledgehammer to XML test data in.  Of the 806 
test cases, there are 7 discrepencies (all to do with repeated points).
