[geos-devel] GEOS Status (Sunday, Feb. 24)

Current status: Operation and io packages (and a big part of algorithm) has been
cleaned up.

Results of Friday (Feb. 21) phone meeting: Discussed some details of code
cleanup. Decided that some classes (e.g. IntersectionMatrix) should be left as
instances (instead of pointers).

To do: Finish cleaning up the code (should be finished by the end of this week).
Bring the GEOS up to date with the latest JTS version (1.3), add namespace and
continue the porting (with isValid).
