[geos-devel] PostGIS Exception Catching

Dave,
Now that we're catching exceptions (I just compiled the CVS postgis and 
geos, no problems, straight install) we should make the return text on 
the pgsql error more instructive.

pramsey=# select relate(g,g) from validtest ;
ERROR:  GEOS relate() threw an error!
