[geos-devel] Memory Management Fixes

Right now I am porting "operation/buffer". That will probably be done sometime
next week.
Memory fixes are scheduled right after that. It's hard to predict how long it
will take me to fix all leaks, but probably about a week unless some complex
problem will appear.
As for the namespace issue: I can do it myself, but if someone else wants to
take it on, I'll not be against it :-). However, I'd like to postpone the
namespace fixes (regardless of whoever does them) until I commit the
"operation/buffer", so that it will not interfere with my current work.
