[geos-devel] should it build?

I tried out GEOS today, looking for an alternative to the simple features
implementation in OGR (http://gdal.velocet.ca/projects/opengis/)

I grabbed GEOS from CVS, and made a VC6 project file for it.  After working
through a few fixable compile issues, i hit this:

Geometry.cpp(305) : error C2065: 'BufferOp' : undeclared identifier

Indeed there is no Geometry::BufferOp.

Questions:

1. Is what's in CVS supposed to build?
2. If not, is there an archive of the last time it was building?
3. Does anyone want the compile fixes i made?
