[geos-devel] memoy leak fixed in bufferOp

Hello.

 Currently, I couldn't get following message in executing autogen.sh against
latest geos-cvs in Cygwin.

$ ./autogen.sh
Running aclocal
Running automake
configure.in:8: required file `source/headers/config.h.in' not found
Running autoconf
======================================
Now you are ready to run './configure'
======================================

 Could you tell me any suggestion about this?
