[geos-devel] Patch for 1.0.0 for my single issue

I tracked down the cause of my problem in geos-1.0.0 and backported the  
fix from JTS-1.4

I have made no other changes and the patched lib does not Assert or  
Exception for my test set. (of about 1 million objects).

I feel that this is worthwhile as a short term fix to geos-1.0 while  
the bigger set of changes in CVS are stabilized.

WRT geos-cvs should I wait or can I start searching for the cause of  
the Asserts / Exceptions now?
