[geos-devel] platform.h for Visual Studio 2003

Folks,

I finally obtained a copy of Visual Studio 2003, and I'd like to try to 
build GEOS with it.  I can't seem to find a copy of platform.h, although it 
appears there is a template for autoconf? there (platform.h.in).  How do I 
need to modify that template to have a usable platform.h in Visual Studio 2003?
