[geos-devel] setup.py for Python SWIG wrappers

All,

I had to make a few adjustments to the setup.py file for the Python 
SWIG wrappers to get them to work nicely with MSVC 2003 and Python 
2.4.  I also added a version number and some package metadata.  A 
patch is attached.

Also, using the bdist_wininst distutils target, I made a Python 2.4 
windows installer of the wrappers and made it available at 
<http://hobu.biz/software/PyGEOS>
