[geos-devel] GEOS C API

Folks,

A while ago there was a discussion of a simplified C API for GEOS
that would be easier to keep ABI compatible.  Has that been 
implemented?

I was hoping that such an API would allow me to use GEOS from 
a VC6 built OGR, with GEOS built using VC7.
