[geos-devel] MingW build (was: autotools problems)

Just in case it helps, to get geos to compile on MinGW I've had to run 
configure like this:

./configure LDFLAGS=-no-undefined -Wl,--enable-runtime-pseudo-reloc

This works for geos 2.1.4 and geos 2.2.0, and lets me link libgeos 
against PostGIS and GDAL/OGR.
