Hi,
Yes, there are makefiles for NMAKE.
2 days ago I started to update makefile.vc, it's not finished because I 
stucked with missing round function. So, if it will be fixed (or 
removed) I'll continue to work on it.
BTW, I think round may be safely removed.

Thanks for your offer about project files but I have created them myself 
for VC++ 8.0. I think some projects could be available on CVS but it's 
hard to keep them up to date while serious changes are made to the repo
everyday (remove/add files).
