[geos-devel] Building geos-2.2.0 on fedora core 5

I gave this a try - I got the geos cvs from branch-2-2, ran
./autogen.sh, then ./configure...and got the following error at the end
of the configure:

config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in

Is there a file missing, or did I miss something?
