[geos-devel] Trac cleanup

Hi,

All tickets imported from old bug tracker to the new Trac installation
have been reviewed and corrected: spam removed, properties updated
(component, version, milestone, etc.), status updated.

I've marked all open tickets assigned to Sandro as unassigned/new.

Currently, there are 15 new (active) tickets listed.
