[geos-devel] New problem when compiling QGis against geos 3.0.0rc4

Right, QGis does not officially support GEOS 3.x, but I helped with a
patch it to make it work with rc3 prior to the 0.8.0 release, so I know
that it's not an accident that it works with rc3...I'm just wondering
what's different that's making it break in rc4.
