1. 'graph' package is finished (including 'index')
2. Directory structure has been changed (all packages are in the separate
folders)
3. .h files updated to avoid circular includes.

Results from the Friday, August 23 meeting:
1. Some errors have appeared when Martin tried to compile the code in VC++ 6 (I
use VC++ 7), but they are rather simple to fix.
2. Decided to include 'geos.h' everywhere as a place to make adjustments for
different compilers.
3. Next packages to be ported: parts of 'algorithm' and 'operation/relate'
