[geos-devel] GEOS Buildbot on OSGeo Fram

Folks,

I've taken the liberty to configure GEOS Buildbot instance
on the OSGeo server:

http://buildbot.osgeo.org:8506/

Old Buildbot was hosted on Hobu's server at
http://geos.builds.hobu.net
but as we've migrated to OSGeo I think it's a good idea to use
common infrastructure for all OSGeo projects.

Currently, one slave is configured - Linux/FC4 (telascience).
Only compilation process is configured, in some time tests run will be
added.
