[geos-devel] Where did distancePointLine go?

Hi Stuart,

Are you using GEOS 3.0.0rc4 compiled as a DLL under Win32? There was a
fix a while back for MingW DLLs that was causing functions not to be
exported which has been fixed in the SVN repository.
