[geos-devel] GeomUnion Bug?

Yeah, Carl pointed that out a bit earlier.  I get those issues because 
I'm doing something like this:

select astext(geomunion(envelope(GeomFromText('POINT(-104 40)')),
                         envelope(GeomFromText('POINT(-105 40)'))))

Should envelope be returning me an invalid geometry?
