[geos-devel] swig/ruby: how do you access functionality like transform in geos::geom::util::GeometryTransformer?

I don't think this functionality is exposed through the C API, and thus 
isn't exposed in the SWIG bindings anymore.

Not sure if not having it in the C API is intentional or an oversight.
