And my last comment/question is to the "IRC Meeting Attendance".

Shouldn't we provide information what's the GEOS project IRC channel?
Perhaps it's reasonable to register #geos if not, #postgis channel 
should be listed I think (or #osgeo will be used for our purposes?)
