Folks,

I'm also in favor of 4 space indentation and replacing tabs with
spaces.  But I am not keen on being too strict about this.

PS. the part about an OSGeo rule was a joke.  But 4 space indentation
seems to be the convention of most OSGeo C/C++ projects.
