[geos-devel] GEOS 3 DLLs?

Hi Sean,

You can get  geos 3 dlls (+libs) from : http:// 
artem.dev.openstreetmap.org/files/geos_3.zip
Or you can always build them yourself using VC++ express (free as in  
beer):

nmake /f Makefile.vc
