Well, that was fast...

I've applied Regina's patch so we should compile under new GCC and
hopefully Windows too? We have a patch to CLocalizer that needs to go
in and be tested on Windows.

Sean, how about you commit the patch and then we can have the Windows
people test off of SVN. If it's not working we can fix it up post
facto.

Is there anything else outstanding on the 3.0 branch standing in front
of another point release?
