[geos-devel] Tickets cleanup

Folks,

I've cleaned/fixed all outstanding tickets that were assigned to me.
I unassigned one ticket [1] because I'm unable to reproduce the problem
or perform any testing myself because I have no access to Mac OS X

I believe nothing has been broken during my works. I have successfully
tested GEOS trunk with in the following environments:

* Visual C++ 2005 (target x86-32, Windows 7 Pro)
* Visual C++ 2008 (target x86-32 on Windows Vista x86-64)
* Visual C++ 2010 Beta2 (target x86-32, Windows 7 Pro)
* GCC 4.4.1 (target x86-64, Ubuntu 9.10 x86-64)

The only builds I haven't performed was using Visual C++
and NMAKE makefiles.
