I propose running

   astyle --style=kr

on the whole GEOS code base just prior to releasing the final tarball  
and tagging 3.0.0. This will put everything to the same code  
formatting, so hopefully patches going forward will contain all logic  
and little re-formatting.  Any objections, let me know, because  
release time approaches fast.
