Strk,
Any chance you are going to make this available as a download file on the website?

A lot of people just go for the tar, especially if you don't have svn client installed on your server.  So making sure the download file is well packaged and can be compiled I consider part of a good test since some of the flaws are in the packaging that you don't catch when pulling from svn.

GEOS 3.2.0 is ready for test.
I've tagged a 3.2.0rc1.
Please take your time to try upgrades against
your existing clients.

C-API clients should get the new functionalities
for free (much faster buffer operation for example).

C++ clients would need a rebuild as usual.

Get with:
svn co http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/browser/tags/3.2.0rc1

I'd tag final after a week of no issues reported.
