[geos-devel] Predefined macros on Mac OS X

Hi,

Regarding this commit:

It's unclear where the __OSX__ macro comes from.
None of Mac OS X documents for developer specify it as a
predefined macro on OSX. Anyway, I asked on SO and perhaps it will help:
