[geos-devel] GEOS-3.3.0 enters feature freeze

We're officially in feature freeze mode for GEOS-3.3.0.
Please everyone take a look at own bugs and act upon them.

There are 8 tickets filed for the 3.3.0 milestone.
Three of them are task/enhancements, assigned to Mateusz and Paul.
I've added a "GEOS Future" milestone if you want to move them elsewhere.
