 Alright, thanks. JTS fails as well:
 Test Threw Exception (A union)
 com.vividsolutions.jts.geom.TopologyException: no outgoing dirEdge found [
 (2.412163966209875, 48.87555718514279, NaN) ]

 And also fails with GEOS-3.3 branch and trunk...
