[geos-devel] Requesting PHP component on trac

GEOS/PHP just got its first ticket [1]

But there's no PHP component on trac, so the reporter
had to pick SWIG, which was close, but in reality
completely unrelated (PHP bindings are not made with SWIG).

So, can a PHP component be added ?
