Comment:

 It'll take a refactoring in order to fix.
 And I don't think it makes sense to refactor in the stable 3.2 branch.
 Since we're talking about a deprecated interface I'd avoid wasting time on
 it.
 ST_OffsetCurve in 3.3 works fine.
