[geos-devel] SVN commits failing

I've got a fix for #436, my first commit in a while, and I'm getting
the following error message on a commit to
http://svn.osgeo.org/geos/trunk. Anybody know what's up? Svn update
works fine.

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Server sent unexpected return value (500 Internal Server Error)
in response to MKACTIVITY request for
'/geos/!svn/act/5f521cdf-6dec-43b1-ab2c-ceba246a71d3'

Additionally, there seems to be a header missing in the trunk:

error: geos/operation/buffer/OffsetCurveVertexList.h: No such file or directory
