[geos-devel] Motion: Commit access for Oliver Tonnhofer

I am currently at the #foss4g code sprint in Denver, and I have been working with Oliver on a small patch to streamline setting CoordinateSequence via the C API, and it would much less hassle if Oliver simply had commit access to the GEOS repository to apply and work with patches of this type.  Oliver's imposm and MapProxy tools are heavy users of Shapely and therefore GEOS, and it would be advantageous to be able to work closely with both.
