[geos-devel] Cutting a 3.3.5 release

After figuring 3.3.4 was whipped with a CAPI library version
inferior to the one shipped with 3.3.3 [1] I think it's urgent
to release a 3.3.5 to fix the situation.

In addition to this specific bug there are other 6 items
targetting a 3.3.5, one of which related to the CMAKE build
system [2].

Given the push for this release has to do with build scripts
I think it would be nice to have the CMAKE bug also fixed,
so to possibly also set the version straight in it.

Mateusz: are you planning to close those within a week ?
