 Attached is a backtrace (warning: unpacks to ~18MB) of a segfault that I
 get when processing a geometry using PostGIS API.

 I'm using GEOS 3.3.5. I will post WKT/WKB for the geometry shortly but the
 weird thing is that I cannot reproduce this segfault in a simple query -
 it seems to depend on some other factors. I will get back with more
 details.
