[geos-devel] Makefile.am for kdtree

Hey,

  I am porting geos/index/kdtree now. I have created the Makefile.am for
headers and source, but after ./autogen, Makefile.in is not
getting generated. The make files are here:
src:  https://github.com/vishaltiwari/libgeos/tree/kdtree/src/index/kdtree
include:
https://github.com/vishaltiwari/libgeos/tree/kdtree/src/index/kdtree

I am not able to figure out the problem. Any pointers on how can i fix it?
