 Port voronoi from JTS.  Would be really nice to add ST_Voronoi to PostGIS


 Possibly remove dependency of cgal for pgRouting


 Allow for any number of skeletonization solutions


 Thus allowing for non-polygon outputs from Raster, like an
 ST_PixelAsLinestring


 start the process toward world peace
