[geos-devel] Weekly Report 12- Adding Voronoi Diagram to GEOS

Week 12 report is as follows:

*1. Work Done:*

   - Ported the following classes:

-- triangulate::Segment.[1]
-- triangulate::splitSegment.[2]
-- triangulate::NonEncroachingSplitPointFinder.[3]
-- triangulate::ConstraintSplitPointFinder.[3]
-- (method)geom::LineSegment::getCoordinate().[3]


   - Worked out a number of problems with strk such as memory leaks in the
   triangulate::quadedge::QuadEdgeSubdivision class which is required for
   Voronoi Diagram Builder.[4]

*2. Problems Faced:*

   - Had some problems in fixing the memory leaks.

*3. Work to be done in the next week*

   - Test VoronoiDiagramBuilder for memory leaks.
   - Make documentation.
