[geos-devel] gitlab mirror activated

FYI, I've just activated a new git mirror for GEOS on gitlab.com:
https://gitlab.com/geos/libgeos

Contrary to github (which also has a mirror), gitlab is based on a
free software core, meaning you can install your own.

I hope that this new mirror helps whoever wants to give gitlab a try,
being one of the candidates for install on the OSGeo machines.

PSC members: please send me your gitlab.com usernames if you want to be
added as owners.
