[geos-devel] updating geos 3.5.0 source archive.

Hello all,

I have some issues when building goes-3.5.0. This was fixed by mloskt in
trunk and back-ported to  release branch. It would be nice if the commits
can be included in 3.5.0 source archives[1]. This way geos 3.5.0 can have a
clean package with no patches.

I tested compilation on windows. But the error can also be reproducible on
other platforms as well.
