[geos-devel] [wip] Windows builds on AppVeyor

Folks,

I have been trying to configure AppVeyor builds for GEOS

First stab at appveyor.xml is in svn-trunk branch at
https://github.com/mloskot/libgeos

First, I aimed at Visual Studio 2015 + NMAKE builds,
32 and 64 bit, debug and release.

Things work well for 32-bit builds.

Unfortunately, there is a strange issue with 64-bit build, see details:

It seems, that the issue is strange to AppVeyor support folks too.

I'm looking for some AppVeyor gurus that could help here.
